Sebelum melanjutkan kisah perjalanan dalam bingkai Bravo Alva Lima India, tiba-tiba pikiran saya agak terusik dengan beberapa lirik lagu bagus. Belum lama mengenal Korean Pop (part of Hallyu/Korean Wave), sekitar tiga bulan lalu, bisa dibilang perkembangan pengetahuan soal Hallyu/Korean Wave saya sudah dapat dikategorikan baik. Bukan sesuatu yang membanggakan, memang. Hanya sekedar kebiasaan addictive terhadap beberapa boy group yang membuat semua perkembangan akan Hallyu/Korean Wave menjadi begitu cepat terserap.
Begini ceritanya, tiga bulan lalu, bulan Juli kalau saya tidak salah, ada sebuah event besar yang bertajuk KIMCHI yaitu sebuah konser yang menghadirkan beberapa artis Korea diantaranya adalah pelopornya Hallyu yaitu Super Junior. Awalnya saya sungguh tidak tahu apapun mengenai Hallyu, sampai saya berada satu titik tertinggi ke-kepo-an, mengapa wanita-wanita histeris ngelihat abang-abang Super Junior (Next time saya bahas soal perkembangan Hallyu di Indonesia). Bermodal pengetahuan dari Mbah Google, akhirnya saya dapat jawabnya juga. Super Junior ternyata memang super-super, selain karena tampangnya ngejual banget, suaranya bagus-bagus, tampilannya kece, mereka memang total sekali dalam setiap performancenya. Ish, pantes aja deh wanita-wanita banyak yang kepincut. Dari situlah, kekepoan-kekepoan kian berlanjut. Dari mulai menghapalkan terlebih dahulu personil Super Junior yang berjumlah tiga belas orang. Bukan hal yang mudah untuk dilakukan, kegiatan menghapal nama mereka satu-satu itu susahnya minta ampun. Butuh waktu seminggu lebih untuk menghapal, wajah+nama mereka masing-masing, sampai tidak tertukar. Karena hampir dipastikan dalam setiap performances-nya satu orang personil itu wajahnya bisa berubah dengan sangat-sangat drastis, bisa karena gaya rambut yang baru atau warna rambut baru atau style pakaian yang berubah.
Pengetahuan soal Korean Pop kemudian kian melebar kepada boy group lainnya seperti 2PM, SHINee, FT Island, CN Blue, dan lain-lain. Namun demikian, dari semua boy group atau boy band yang bisa saya kenali dan pahami, saya terlanjur dan terlalu jatuh cinta dengan SHINee. They are so daebak! AWESOME lah. Tidak perlu berlama-lama dalam ritual penghapalan nama personil masing-masing, hanya dengan mendengar lagunya saja saya sudah bisa mengenali mereka walaupun tanpa melihat video klipnya. Singkatnya, untuk dapat menyukai ‘sesuatu’ yang bermain adalah insting kita pada ‘sesuatu’ tersebut. Karena mereka sangat unik dan memiliki ciri khas tersendiri itulah sebabnya saya mencintai mereka. Tampang dan kekecean kali ini tidak mempengaruhi objektifitas karena pada dasarnya mereka memang paket lengkat. Minho tampan, Onew beautiful voice+super cute, Jonghyun powerful voice+ganteng, Key cute dan lucu, Taemin super dancing machine+manisnya ngelebihin saya. Ah, mereka semua memang keren kalau menurut saya. Tapi pada kesempatan kali ini saya tidak ingin membahas kecintaan saya pada SHINee, melainkan ingin membahas fans-fans loyal yang dipunyai boy group semacam Super Junior, SHInee, dan 2PM. Saya batasi tiga, karena ada yang menarik dari ketika boy group ini.
Di Indonesia sendiri Korean Pop sudah lumayan terkenal dan banyak diminati. Hal tersebut terlihat dari beberapa fanbase yang di buat di dunia maya. Faktanya, fanbase ini tidak hanya aktif di dunia maya melainkan aktif pula di dunia nyata yaitu dengan mengadakan kegiatan-kegiatan yang berkaitan erat dengan group yang mereka sukai seperti acara gathering, charity, atau sekedar birthday party memperingati ulang tahun salah satu personil group.
Masing-masing boy group biasanya mempunyai fanbase yang berlaku secara internasional dengan satu nama tertentu. Misalnya Super Junior dengan Everlasting Friend atau yang biasa disingkat menjadi ELF. SHINee dengan SHINee World atau yang biasa dikenal sebagai Shawol. 2PM dengan Hottest. Big bang dengan VIP. FT Island dengan Primadona. CN Blue dengan BOICE. Dan banyak lagi yang lain. Kalau saya Insya Allah, part of SHINee World and I’m proud of it. Hoho.
Lanjut lagi, hebatnya boy groups Korea itu adalah mereka pintar sekali memanage para fansnya, sehingga fansnya menjadi sangat loyal sekali dengan mereka. Kecintaaan fans pada mereka, dibalas pula dengan kecintaan mereka pada fans, biasanya lewat lagu. Dan dari banyak boy band, Super Junior, SHINee dan 2PM juga melakukannya. Sebenarnya saya jadi agak penasaran, apakah band-band di Indonesia pernah melakukan hal yang sama? Saya belum pernah mendengarnya soalnya., CMIIW. Apresiasi pada para fans itu ‘sesuatu’ banget lho kalau menurut saya. Hehe.
